Sparkles - 2022-10-13

I have been working hard to figure out what is wrong to cause this issue,
however, I can not seem to fix it.

Running Avantfax 3.3.5
Click on outbox, all that loads is the top banner
Load times are varying
The page that loads outbox has no source info and nothing when using
inspect. Source only says "1" and inspect only says " "
"Homepage" doesn't have any errors in source info I can see

Does anyone know what might be going on here?
