Trying to figure this one out. If I send the coverpage it works. If I send an attached PDF (no cover) it sends fine. If I attach an HTML coverpage to a PDF fax it fails with this:

Gave up, came back after a month. Re-installed the SOB from scratch and loaded up all my conf files and it works now. Something must have been corrupt, cheers!

Did you install html2ps?
its showing as version 1.0b7-1 and I updated the config file to the binary location
