Problem sending with coverpage

Trying to figure this one out. If I send the coverpage it works. If I send an attached PDF (no cover) it sends fine. If I attach an HTML coverpage to a PDF fax it fails with this:

If I choose a PS coverpage with a PDF attachment it goes but none of the fields in the PS coverpage are converted (XXXX-to is still XXXX-to)

Not really sure where to look for this one.

Did you install html2ps?

its showing as version 1.0b7-1 and I updated the config file to the binary location
Edit: (This was done before complaining :))

Gave up, came back after a month. Re-installed the SOB from scratch and loaded up all my conf files and it works now. Something must have been corrupt, cheers!
