#75 Changing AvantFAX username doesn't change HylaFax username

Changing AvantFAX username cause adding a new HylaFax user but old one still remains in /etc/hylafax/hosts.hfaxd

For example:

AvantFAX user pippo
AvantFAX password: pluto

/etc/hylafax/hosts.hfaxd:

...
^pippo:1:xxxxxxxxx

After changing pippo to topolino, /etc/hylafax/hosts.hfaxd will contain:

...
^pippo:1:xxxxxxxxx
^topolino:2:xxxxxxxxx

AvantFAX username change only add a new HylaFax user but not delete the old one.
