Another version of AutoTroll with some minor changes has been made available for download.

CHKTRN utility for TIM HOST and PORTABLE HOST. It detects THOST
or PHOST and then it checks for THOST or PHOST games. It takes into
account the difference between THOST and PHOST based on HOST.LOG file

We've been testing the next version of AutoTroll the past few weeks and adding new features as well as fixing bugs posted on the forums.

The strategy is to release this 2.00 version and then turn to adding SMTP Authentication - the most requested feature. Implementing SMTP authentication won't be a trivial change. After several years of slumber, an unfortunate "expiration" bug has forced me to direct attention back to AutoTroll and compile a new version.

Look for activity and discussions in the Forums on the upcoming release and features.

I posted the Delphi source code for "ascoregif.exe" into the CVS repository.

As with AutoTroll, since it uses some 3rd party libraries, the source won't compile if you import it into Delphi. I'm posting it here for informational purposes.

This is the final version of the Delphi line of AutoTroll. There aren't many changes, except to save the data files unencrypted and registry settings in INI files so the Java version can easily import them.

If you want to write utilities or integrate with AutoTroll data, now that it's unencrypted, look at the (not yet released) Java code for file formats.

Future versions will take the functionality of 1.52 and generalize it so AT can work with Planets4 and have better support for custom/alternative addins/master/... Look for news about the Java version on autotroll.sourceforge.net... read more
