hi folks, I just tried the autotoolset to set up a small GNU project (in C). seems everything is working well but I have troubles with the config.h.in & config.h files. They are not created or they're empty. if I remove the "AM_CONFIG_HEADER" macro, all defines are passed via -D and my project compiles (because all the defines are present). Another problem is, that configure doesn't find any headers (even standard headers): checking for stdlib.h... no checking for string.h... no checking for ANSI C header files... (cached) no I finally found out, that replacing the LF_* macros in configure.ac with the appropriate AC_PROG_CC, AC_* ... macros solves both problems. So maybe those LF_* macros are not working and/or broken? Or do I have to do some additional work to get the LF_* things work ? I'm using a gentoo system (2.6) & used the only available and most recent ebuild autotoolset-0.11.4. /greetz hannes r. -- +++ GMX DSL Premiumtarife 3 Monate gratis* + WLAN-Router 0,- EUR* +++ Clevere DSL-Nutzer wechseln jetzt zu GMX: http://www.gmx.net/de/go/dsl |
