#714 ImageDataSource clip switch, to be used with plotInfo, other items

I realized yesterday that with PNG rich metadata (plotInfo JSON) , that it should be possible to aggregate pngwalks containing this metadata. What was missing was a "clip" switch which tells it to clip the image at the box specified in the plotInfo.

This was done and it works nicely.

Other items include:

1. the image returned http://autoplot.org/data/pngwalk/product_$Y$m$d.png?clip=T&plotInfo=0&timerange=2008+Jan comes up with the red channel as a spectrogram.
2. I notice there's an issue with log encoding. See sftp://jfaden.net/home/jbf/ct/hudson/vap/image/verifyOverplot.vap
3. completions on plotInfo=<T> deletes the plotInfo part.
4. completions on plotInfo=<T>

Items 3 and 4 are fixed. The plot titles are also shown in completions.
