The AsciiTableDataSource should support X,Y, and Z parameters to match the CDF, NetCDF, and HDF readers, and to better support spectrograms expressed in this form.
This should also support X,Y->Z where Z is nominal data.
This is done, but the editor still doesn't show X,Y, and Z parameters. This is probably good, since 2016a shouldn't produce .vap files with this URI.
