    Indeed, nice bug... Let me know if you need a fix for this before next week. I just branched things, so I could probably fix it if it's an emergency...

    This could be verified with RPWG data, and the das2server. I'm not sure that this was ever fixed.

    This bug still exists:

    1. shrink the plot so that it's ~650 pixels wide
    2. plot vap+das2server:http://jupiter.physics.uiowa.edu/das/server?dataset=Juno/WAV/Survey&start_time=2018-10-02T16:18:45.000Z&end_time=2018-10-03T01:41:15.000Z
    3. note it gets 1 minute averages
    4. stretch the plot so that it is ~3600 pixels wide.
    5. Note it doesn't reload
    6. ctrl-L triggers a reload, but it still gets reduced resolution
    7. hit enter on the address bar to trigger a deeper reset
    8. Note it now gets intrinsic resolution
