#2854 where=field2.ne(2) doesn't work for CSV
Sadie pointed out that where=field2.ne(2) for csv files. This is likely the case with other sources with the where control. See https://github.com/autoplot/dev/tree/master/demos/2026/20260618/demoData.vap

This is fixed for csv. I still need to check HDF5, CDF, and others...
