#257 new users can't discover completion trigger (tab added)
New users can't discover the address bar's completion trigger (ctrl-space). (Reiner pointed this out.) This needs to be addressed by indicating the feature's presence somewhere on the GUI.
For example, this could be in the tooltip for the address bar. Note I think this is a feature for users comfortable with Autoplot and shouldn't be pushed on the users immediately. I'd rather steer them to dialogs that make it easy to open resources like File->Open File... in the address bar.

Dan C of the RSBP/Emfisis team was using the ctrl+space trigger to switch his desktop to Japanese. This is commonly used as the trigger for this operation--when I taught my kids programming class in a UIowa classroom, we had to turn it off so the kids could use completion in Netbeans. It would relax the problem if tab were supported as well.
this is implemented.
I've added a switch to the python editor so that tab can be left to be tab and ctrl+space is completions.
