#2353 what's still broken after fixing up jython documentation
I keep finding things which are still broken with the popup documentation, after trying to finally clean up and button up that project earlier this year. This is to catalog.
- completion for importing DasProgressPanel shows DPP documentation. But once it's imported, the completion doesn't show documentation.
- BinAverage documentation doesn't show. All these are imported automatically, and I don't think I thought of them.

(3) When the Jython-optimized javadocs at https://jfaden.net/~jbf/autoplot/doc/ are used, an argument might be a DatumRange, but you can't link over to it. This should be done.

(4) undo sometimes doesn't save a state, so undoing will jump back too far.
