#1622 webstart wants https
I got a runtime error submission from a user Thomas which says he has trouble launching Autoplot with webstart because it is not served via https (on 20160316). I haven't seen this problem before, but it's probably not terribly difficult to do.
I notice that autoplot.org doesn't respond to https requests, so I would need to work with Bob W. to set this up on the amazon server. We spoke about moving autoplot.org to its own amazon node, and this should be done at the same time.
It looks like I did add a comment about adding an exception, as Thomas suggests, to the documentation at http://autoplot.org//help#Installation
