Hello Jose, I follow the autopilot occasionally and see that you are using the XRS300. I work for Analog Devices in Cambridge Ma. where we designed the XRS300 and I may be able to connect you with the people to optimise it's operation. If you use the temperature output you can compensate for some of the drift. I'll see what I can find out for you. If you just want to measure tilt, you may be better off using the ADXL203 which is a low G part with very good offset characteristics.
