Tremell... I don't know how safe is the 802.11 telemetry, but perhaphs you could use another type of more safe transceiver and forget about PCM or PPM itself and use a digital switch for override, that will also protect you from a software crash and allow a pilot to recover. So the basics of what i am thinking is. *RC radio will have the last word on overriding the system by toggling the external IC digital SWITCH. *All semi autonomous control can be done with a joystick or an RC emulator via USB (Joystick with the face of an RC RADIO). *So the pilot will take off and toggle the digital switch that will in turn receive the commands from the MCU to the servos. The digital switch will be tapped between the MCU and the Servos. One input of the DSwitch will be the receiver and the other input will be the MCU. The outputs go straight to the servos (plus power and ground). Another question. I saw on your source code that there is a PCM.C file, is this file working or not? Thanks Bye |
