The script keeps emailing root instead of the email I have specified in the myserver.conf file. It is somewhat strange in that the backup runs normally, with the only DB credentials in myserver.conf, but when the script emails the output to root anyway it says:
Is it normal to show the default config file instead of the myserver.conf the script was actually run with? The backup runs fine so it is obviously reading myserver.conf or it wouldn't be able to access the DB. Not sure what is going on…

Changed the Email setting in the default .conf too (even though it was commented out previously) and AutoMySQL is still emailing root instead of the defined address
