We are in Melbourne Australia. When we send meeting requests external of the company without including meeting rooms that time that is displayed in the email for the time are correct
As soon as we add a resource (meeting room) using autoaccept sink, the reply from the meeting room has it's meeting timr incremented by 1 hour and and time zone displayed is Brisbane.
The time zone and time on the server is fine, being Melbourne +10.
it's only when the auto accept sink needs to reply on behalf of a meeting room that the time gets screwed.
Can anyone ched some light on this issue?

Over the weekend I uninstalled and reinstall the application. Now when booking the meeting room the time is decresed by 1 hour which I would expect because the time is Brisbane.
Only problem with this is that I am in Melbourne so the question is where is it getting the time zone of Brisbane from????
Anybody? Please help?
