I got around this error by copying the AutoAcceptSink.dll into
the same dir as AutoAcceptConf.exe.

I tried to copy the DLL into the same director (was already
there) and still got the same error message. The only thing
that I have been able to figure out is that I got this message
on a server that was running .Net. Even removing .Net from
the server did not fix the problem, but after I rebuilt the server
and did not install .Net; the problem went away.
Not sure if .Net was the cause but it was the only thing I
could find different between to identical servers.
