#2 patcher script for qpopper 4.0.4

I got tired of running diffs on the files to create
patches for qpopper so I modified one of the patcher
scripts to fix qpopper source code. If there are any
problems, let me know.

There are some hard coded paths in this script. The
reason for this is because I have also created a file
for use within the authd source tree that will
automatically put in the correct paths when you
configure and build authd, just like the other patcher
scripts. This tarball contains both files.
