#1 Sustain Sliders for Midi Player

Midi Player should have a sustain parameter (per channel or track) that varies from 0 to 200 and multiplies the duration of each note by the factor (as a percent). The sliders should be in the same space as the volume sliders, but there should be buttons or tabs to select between volume, sustain, and delay (see delay ticket).

Of course, settings should go into project preferences.
