[AUIT] Added submenu support for Mac OS

Hi,

The new HEAD revision now has support for submenus in the Mac OS frontend.
The Metrowerks project files have also been replaced by importable XML
files, as the binaries seemed to give problems to users that tried to CVS
the code from a mac.

The first preview of AUIT has been released. Please note that this is a
preview and is by no means usuable for real stuff.
