#1 new create=tdp - like mode

It would be great if there was create policy that works all the way like crete=tdp works, but switching to next writable branch if highest one can't hold a new file.
Use case: I'm using AUFS to create a big storage for torrents data and I don't want torrents data to be "fragmented" between file systems, which obviously will occur in create=mfs mode.
The only (inconvenient) way to do that now is to remount filled branch with =ro param..
