#3 Load/save instrument settings

To set up test, or teaching sessions, it is nice to be able to load/save all the settings. That way, you know you will get the same conditions, on two different dates, or two different sites.
Even a single file AudMES.cfg, could be copied/changed via a batch file, and then the EXE launched.
Ideally these .cfg files should be designed for a long-usage-life, so should work across version upgrades. ASCII readable is also nice, in config files.

Setting soundcard parameters is now possible but not yet in a persient way.
