#2 Audit non win32 based items

Would be nice if we could audit items that did not
depend on WMI or the Windows registry, like some SNMP 1
or 2 based appliances, printers, routers, switches.

WMI should audit windows machines first, then if no WMI
present, resort to SNMP instead.
