#844 pin database icon may go out beyond DB explorer viewport

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to a datatabase
2. Expand DB explorer so that it displays several nested levels deep and it width no longer fits into panel horizonally
3. Try hovering over pinnable nodes

Obesrved:
pin icon is beyond viewport and cannot be seen/clicked unless DB explorer viewport is scrolled

Expected:
Pin icon should always be displayed near DB explorer viewport bounday, regardless of actual component width
