#751 Add option to hide system catalogs

Things like information_schema, pg_catalog and similar analogs in other databases are rarely used directly and can be hidded.
Add "Show System Catalogs" switch (off by default) to app settings modal.
Alter back-end APIs to exclude system catalog data from responses unless Show System Catalogs is enabled
