Fix some issues with channel::read

Fairly major movements withing the highlevel code to reduce the callbacks in the lowlevel code
session updates for esqlc sqltype

fix channel::read to allow character strings as well as variables
Fixups for Sessions
Add -C/--sqltype to 4glc options (specifies what sqltype to use)

remove newlines from input
