increase the xml_version for the new vdc functions (e.g sorting)

Fixed help messages, which were displaying incorrectly.
When a help message was displayed, the first few lines
of the next message from the help file was also displayed.

Added some PDF report enhancements provided by Paul Gardiner

Fixed previous after row fixup which was causing the after row
to run when first entering an array.

Array after row block now runs when a next field next
moves to the same field in a different row.

Add loading sql log file from command line

sqlmetrics.4ae -c somesql.log

This deletes out all existing logs and inserts just the new ones
(-c = clear)
