Aubit 4GL SVN-Code

Add

FOREACH
SELECT * FROM ...
..
END FOREACH

to the 4gl syntax for where you dont need any control on the cursor
(Internally - it still creates and uses an anonymous cursor)

removed superfluous PG_INITSQL

Run DEFAULT_SQL code contained in the conversion file even at compile time
This can be used to set up things like the Postgresql search_path

check strlen of env.var.

new envvar. PG_INITSQL e.g. to set search_path at compile time
