#139 Disabling Tulip warnings in Python

Currently, when used as a library in python, Tulip prints lots of warnings to the console. Those warning come from C++ Tulip library and there is no way (or am I wrong?) to get rid of them.

It sometimes becomes a real issue, for example, when used with CGI. A way to make Tulip silent would be very useful.
