#2 new xpi - compatible with FF1.5.01 and beyond

This is a new attention.xpi file that's compatible with
Firefox 1.5.0.1 (released 2006-02-01). In fact, I
changed the maxVersion to be 1.5.*, so it should work
with any 1.5.x patches down the road.

I also incremented the version number in both
install.rdf and install.js to 0.64.

Since the patch for persistent custom services has not
been approved that I'm aware of, I did not include that
modification.

Ooops, I forgot. I tested this on FF 1.0.7 on one machine
and on FF 1.5.0.1 on another.
