#19 First run experience has a steep learning curve for new users

After spending some time exploring the project, I think one of the biggest adoption barriers is the first run experience.

The project is clearly powerful, but it takes quite a bit of effort before a new user reaches their first successful workflow. There are several concepts to understand before it's obvious how everything fits together.

For someone discovering Atomic Agent for the first time, the initial setup feels more like learning the architecture than actually using the tool.

I think this increases the chance of users dropping off early, even if the project itself is technically solid.

WHAT I NOTICED:

-A lot of information is presented before users get something working.
-New users have to make several decisions without much context.
-It's not immediately clear what the recommended "happy path" is.
-The first successful execution takes longer than expected.

POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS:

-Simplify the default setup experience.
-Separate beginner and advanced documentation.
-Reduce the number of required configuration steps.
-Provide opinionated defaults so users can start quickly.
-Focus on helping users achieve one successful run before introducing advanced concepts.

I believe reducing the time to first success would make a noticeable difference in adoption and retention.
