#23 pixmap background + fade doesn't work

When you use aterm with pixmap background and fade
options, it turns the background black the first time
it fades. I was able to make a fix for this (in the
attached patch file). repro for this is:
./configure --enable-background-image
--enable-fading;make; ./src/aterm -fg white -bg black
-fade 60 -pixmap /home/eriks/.e.xpm

Although this patch works when using background images and
fading, it introduces several other bugs in other
configurations. For an updated patch, see the "patches"
