DOC/CREDITS = contributors (sometimes even from a century ago)

DOC/PortMaintainers = current leaders of the porting efforts, having
kind of responsibility that the given OS/HW is well supported by
Atari800

With libSDL this is far less important because SDL allows us to have a
single source code that builds and runs on many platforms without any
changes.
