To add it _where_ exactly? To the Atari 800 XL/XE computer? There's just 
one input pin for the trigger, one HW register, one BASIC command fore 
reading it (STRIG) etc. Even if you added a second fire button to 
(emulated) hardware somehow, software would not know about it.
