I don't agree with such "solution". Even if we didn't speed the Altirra
boot up then whoever cannot wait 15 seconds can go ahead and install
the original ROM files.

I am happy that for the first time in twenty+ years we can distribute a
working emulator thanks to the Altirra ROM - returning back is not a
good idea.

The simple, plain and clear message about installing ROM is in the
documentation, after all.
