[Atari800-users] Turbo-OS (65816 OS ROM )

Anyone know if there's a legal issue with free distribution of the Turbo-OS
ROM image?  If there is indeed an issue with distributing images of that OS
ROM, then I shall have to start work on my own 65816 compatible ROM.
