There's a difference in boot sectors in 256 bytes/sector images (one
character means 128 bytes, digits are sector data, '-' means unused):

APE: 123
SIO2PC: 123---
There's also another scheme: 1-2-3-

Fortunately, all of these are now supported by Atari800.
