there is a bug when yoo want to compile atari800
with target=x11-shm

there are some old definitions which in rest of some file was
abandoned, but in section containing code 4 x11-shm this definitions
are untouched.

i have some small question...
	can somebady add a posibility to run emulation in full speed
	(like befor F7 in atari800win-plus). 100% of atari speed is
	okey, but sometimes some of operations cold be done a bit faster...
