I *think* I may have seen this problem too -- I remember at a couple of
points, using <ctrl>-<return> to test the movie stopped working, and after
exiting Flash, I could still see the process in the task manager, and
had to kill it before I could work normally again.

I've done so many iterations un/re-installing the extension and Flash
itself since then that I've no idea what actually fixed this (or if it
really is fixed).

(Oh, and I've only got the one monitor.)
