#330 Misaligned comments

Hello,

It seems that comments are sometimes misaligned by AStyle. I've attached the configuration file and two sample code files which can be used to reproduce:
- comment_in_func_param.cpp will --> misaligned comments inside function parameters
- comment_in_init_list.cpp --> misaligned comment inside a constructor initialization list (regression since v2.05, still present in v2.05.1).
