#172 astyle should align concatenated strings

In code such as the following:

cout << "this is a really long string"
"that spans multiple lines";

...astyle feels that the " of the second line should line up with the <<. I think it should rather line up with the " of the first line.

(I guess this is somewhere in between 'malformatting' and 'feature request'...)
