I don't *think* I did anything wrong. At one point I even had a management user named "1" with a password of "1", same thing. I've also tried the A@H default management user "admin" and their default password amp111 with no luck. Any ideas?

Well, AstTapi fails to install on Vista RC1 x64 with Office 12 Beta 1. :) I kind of expected that, but it would be nice if AstTapi also supported these new versions (RC, so close to final) of Microsoft's products.

The instructions-start.mht document is complicated to understand for a normal user.
Telnet gives a Asterisk Call Manager/1.0 instead of 1.2 which is stated in the document.
Placing a call in outlook works but the status of the line in outlook does not change (busy dialing) and the dialer hangs.
I can't get it to work at all.
I can telnet to the port and input the username and password and get an authentication, but when I try with the program the console reports:
Connect attempt from '<my ip>' unable to authenticate.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck. I haven't tried on a different machine yet, but that's my next step.
