I had some problems on Regular expressions option.
I can use? To represent any word, such as o??line instead of offline.
Or is there a special description of the operation of the regular expression of astrogrep?

AstroGrep uses the Microsoft.Net regular expressions library, which can be found under Help->Regular Expressions or here
If you just want any anything, try the dot. For example: offline -> o..line
