#18 Corrections in CAT062 Spec file

Hi,
I noticed problems in the following CAT062 items:
I062/060: missing the valid bit and garbled bit for the Mode 3/A
I062/200: The name of the item is not "Track Status", but "Mode of Movement"
I062/380: The filed IM in the subfield Indicated Airspeed has a length of 1 bit and not 2 bits

You'll find as attachment a corrected version of the spec file.

In the file cat62_v1.18.xml, the asterix version should also be changed form 1.17 to 1.18 at the following line:
<category cat="62" version="1.17"></category>
