#68 Email Setup

Can anyone help,
I am really a novice, i have setup asterisk@home 2.8
i have managed to get all incomming calls VOIP and
PSTN working and all extensions. I am trying to get
Email to work but with no success

does anyone have an idiot guide to this especially
how exactly should the host file look after i have
edited it or should i not edit it?
