I upgraded to version 2026.03.25 and noticed that clicking on the column headers in the "Lights" tab, while it has some effect (the list changes in some way, and an arrow appears on the header), it definitely does not sort properly.
See attached screenshot.
Thanks for the feedback. This is caused by the new widget GTK3. For the latest version widget GTK3 was used instead of GTK2. I have to raise a bug report for the compiler and will switch back to GTK2.

I have just uploaded ASTAP 2026.04.10. Can you have look if this version works for you. Note that it will suggest to to update the V50. The new V50 local star database contains also the Johnson-B magnitude.

I downgraded to 2026.03.05 and now the stack window does not open :-(
I moved away the config file and now the old version works, and sorting works as expected.
But the problem in the new version remains :-/

I recompiled the ASTAP version 2026.03.25 again to widget GTK2 and called it version 2026.04.09. This should fix the problem.
Thanks, seems to work again!

Sorting works as expected in that version too, thanks again Han!
Thanks for the feedback. If you find anything else please report.
