Hi, When using flats I always get the message: "Warning flat pixel colour values differ too much. Use white light for OSC flats!!. Will compensate accordingly."
This happens whether I use an LCD panel and white t-shirt, or EL panel or Skyflats.
Why would this happen?
Should I be concerned?

No you should not be worried. There are some cameras which have a large difference in sensitivity for red, green or blue light. The program will compensate for it. The warning is for users where the light source is lacking one colour due to aging like for electroluminance panels. It is not for cameras with this effect. You checked the light source. If the light source is yellowish, white or light bluish your fine. You can not change your camera and the program will compensate anyhow.
