#119 ASSP daily report on individual email IDs

Hello Admin,

Hope you are doing well !!

While changing "assp_local_email" file to send individual emails of assp daily block report it is getting revert back in the previouse state.

Can you please guide where should I change/add email IDs to receive spam report email for the particular email ID ?
