Heh, it works now. :D I didn't realized that "mylocaldomain.xxx" was like a wildcard for ANY hosted domain. I originally left those fields as is and tried to email to "assp-spam", etc. w/o the "@domain.xxx". When that didn't work I changed my config to a specific email address thinking that would do the trick, but by doing that it was looking for "ass...@my...@anylocallyhosteddomain.com". Doh! Maybe the docs can clarify this for future dolts like myself. :$ Maybe re-word the config with the following as such: "Any mail sent by local or authenticated users to this username will be interpreted as a spam report. No mail is delivered! For example "assp-spam" (no quotes). Clients/Users would then send an email to "ass...@th..." Notably, I replaced "address" (which says to me a full email: na...@do...) with "username". I know the example only shows a username, but obviously I found it confusing. :$ Anyway, just a suggestion. :D Thanks for your determination to help, Doug. I really appreciate it! >From: Doug Lytle <su...@dr...> >Reply-To: ass...@li... >To: ass...@li... >Subject: Re: [Assp-user] Email interface error >Date: Tue, 30 Dec 2003 16:37:00 -0500 > >This tells me that ASSP is up, running and configured correctly.
