This tells me that ASSP is up, running and configured correctly.  If 
that is the case, then it would seem to be that your SPAM/NOTSPAM 
addresses are setup incorrectly.  Mine are as follows:

Report Spam Address:             assp-spam
Report Not Spam Address      assp-notspam
Add to whitelist address:         assp-white

When I want to use any of these, for example reporting SPAM, I send an 
email to ass...@my... and ASSP's log shows a SPAM Report with 
time and date in the ASSP log.
